Understanding your Role in Care

In order to provide the highest quality of care and work in a professional manner, you need to know the boundaries of your job and your responsibilities.

Over this course we’ll define social care, why people choose career in it, and what the overall goals and objectives are. We’ll cover job descriptions, person-centred care, understanding codes of practice, and give you the basics on government legislation. Finally, we’ll look at dealing with conflicts at work.
