Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) in an internationally recognised food safety management system. Significant food safety hazards are identified, evaluated and controlled under HACCP which is a pro-active system focusing on hazard prevention.
Our ‘Introduction to HACCP Level 2’ online course will introduce you to key terms you need to be familiar with and understand, before introducing and examining critical control points and identifying key hazards. We’ll show how to avoid cross-contamination in the food chain and determined control points, as well how to identify these control points. We will cover control measures and what to do if critical limit is breached.
If any of the above sounds overwhelming, do not worry. At the end of the course we’ll show you how the 7 principles of HACCP are integrated into the whole process and provide you with a step-by-step guide for implementing what you’ve learnt
