Negotiation is the process we go through in order to reach and agreement with another person or party in order to get what we want. Our course will look at what is meant by negotiation, key stages in the negotiation process, skills you can use as part of your negotiation strategy, as well as some general advice deigned to help you pull it all together and become an effective negotiator.
