Disciplinary Procedures

Disciplinary procedures provide a framework within which managers and businesses can address unsatisfactory standards of personal or professional conduct within the work environment or as part of the working process. This framework can be used to address these standard and provides a measurable means to set improvements.

The course will examine the disciplinary procedure, penalties including investigations, allegations and suspensions, procedures for carrying out hearings, and appeals. It will also assist in ensuring your company follows the correct procedures to reduce the risks of an employee taking the company to Employment Tribunal.
