Developing Good Employee Relations

Good employee relations both between staff members and between managers and teams is vital to the successful running of any business. Good relations increase collaborations, productivity, confidence, and create positive work environments.

Our course will examine how HR and performance reviews can increase employee relations. We’ll look at the role of the employee handbook as well as how to motivate employees, and to show appreciation for their contributions to the success of the company. Finally, we’ll look at how to address discipline, complaints, and negativity.
